Occupational hygiene concerns the protection of health of people at work. The growth in demand for occupational hygiene in emerging economies has led to the need to train more people in these skills, and the web is the perfect training vehicle.
Working with a group of Occupational Hygienists, and with the backing of the national associations from a number of countries, including Australia, Britain, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, South Africa and the USA - Red Magma set to work on an online presence which communicates the standards, make available peer-reviewed, internationally agreed training materials, and promote a globally agreed system of qualifications and recognition.
With a wide range of visitor expertise, from novices to experts, ohlearning.com is a global platform which enables this growing community to share current courses and develop new training materials around the world - and makes them available internationally all freely available under creative commons licensing.
We built a bespoke Content Management System to allow the client to manage the copy content and training materials, and provided multiple levels of access permissions for members and associations around the world to maintain and promote their activites globally.
The website has been extroardinarily well receieved, and the praise keeps on coming in - we are very proud to have played a part in the success and the enabling of communication in such an important industry.
