A Rising Star. Building the brand for a $40m biotech firm
Our team flew out to Sweden to meet the founders and management executives. In a series of workshops we asked them to think deeply about their values and what kind of pharmaceutical company they wanted to build.
Together we established the DNA which is now allowing Albireo to grow into a leader in its sector.
We walked their executive team right through the branding process from stakeholder influence mapping to competitor analysis.
Together we set the core values & tone of voice for the business; developed a corporate logotype which will stand the test of time and provided them with a graphics library for their future communications projects.
The whole process culminated in a corporate brand manual which will serve as a bible to their marketers and design agencies as the business develops.
